从 2018 年入行到今天，我为客户成交了超过 200 间房子。但这些客户选择我，从来不是因为我手上的项目多——而是因为我会把一个项目的优点和缺点，一五一十全部告诉他们。
所有的隐藏费用，我都会提前讲清楚，绝不让你在拿钥匙的那一刻，才发现当初没人提醒的问题。买房是人生大事，我宁可讲慢一点、讲透一点，也不想你事后后悔。
这些年我一直相信一件事：先有信任，才买得到好房子。所以我把每一位客户都当朋友，做的是长远的关系，而不是一次性的生意。
Since 2018, I've helped clients close on more than 200 homes. But they don't choose me because I have the most projects to sell — they choose me because I tell them everything about a project, the good and the bad, honestly.
Every hidden cost, I explain upfront — so you never discover an unpleasant surprise on the day you collect your keys. Buying a home is a big decision, and I'd rather take it slow and lay it all out than have you regret it later.
After all these years, I still believe one thing: trust comes first, then the right home follows. That's why I treat every client as a friend and build relationships for the long run — not one-off deals.
